Lake Aoki in Nagano Prefecture is a very clear lake, so why not take a walk on the lake? This plan allows you to enjoy SUP at your own pace in the great outdoors of the Northern Alps! If you wish, we will give you a brief lecture before the start, but this plan is for those who have experienced SUP at least once. This plan allows you to enjoy SUP for a full two hours.
