Lake Aoki in Nagano Prefecture is a very clear lake, so why not take a walk on the lake? This plan allows you to enjoy SUP at your own pace in the great outdoors of the Northern Alps! If you wish, we will give you a brief lecture before the start, but this plan is for those who have experienced SUP at least once. This plan allows you to enjoy SUP for a full two hours. As long as there is at least one experienced person in the group, it's OK!!! If you are a complete beginner, we recommend the experience tour of APC BASE1 (Lake Aoki Paddle Club)!! ~ Flow of the day ~ Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your reservation time. ① Reception, changing clothes 10 minutes ② Explanation 5 minutes ③ Experience start Approximately 120 minutes (If you arrive late, the experience time may be shorter.) Other notifications	Elementary school students under the third grade can ride SUP with their parents. (Limited to 1 person per vehicle) In that case, 500 yen (life jacket rental fee) will be charged for each child. If you are a 3rd grade elementary school student or younger and would like to ride alone, please contact us. Participation by minors is not permitted.
