The instructor, a nationally certified guide-interpreter, will teach you how to make sushi rice, cut tuna, grate wasabi, and make three types of sushi (nigiri, rolled, and gunkan) at his home (a tower apartment directly connected to Higashi-Ikebukuro Station), and have you actually make them. After that, you will eat the sushi you made with the miso soup made by the instructor. After that, you will travel by subway to the instructor's home (a tower apartment directly connected to Higashi-Ikebukuro Station). At the instructor's home, you will learn how to make sushi rice, how to cut tuna, how to grate wasabi, and how to make three types of sushi (nigiri, rolled, and gunkan), and you will actually make them. After that, you will eat the sushi you made with miso soup made by the instructor.
