中級者向け　猿倉・白馬大雪渓・白馬岳・白馬三山縦走・白馬鑓温泉・猿倉コース 大雪渓や高山植物，山の中の温泉アリといった白馬を一気に満喫できるルートです。 オススメ時期は7月中旬から8月 大雪渓や白馬鑓温泉付近は危険がいっぱいありますので、初級者には向きません。 山小屋が営業期間内だけのご案内です。 〜体験の流れ〜（例） 1日目 5：00　猿倉駐車場もしくは八方駐車場に集合 　　 　 装備品チェック、アイゼン講習 5：30　猿倉登山口より登山開始 馬尻小屋跡（これより先は頂上宿舎までトイレがありません） 　　　 白馬大雪渓-お花畑-白馬山荘-白馬岳山頂 　　　 大雪渓では落石のリスクを避けるため長い休憩はとれません。 14：00 白馬山荘 2日目 6：00 山荘で朝食をとってから白馬三山縦走 　　　 余裕のある方は天狗の小屋まで行って休憩します。 　　 　大出原の高山植物を堪能します。 　　 　鑓温泉上部はとても滑りやすい岩場となっています。 14：00 白馬鑓温泉 　　　 3日目 7：00 白馬鑓温泉で朝食をとってからのスタート 　　　 落石の多い沢などを越えての下山 11：00 猿倉登山口の駐車場着

Lake Aoki in Nagano Prefecture is a very clear lake, so why not take a walk on the lake? This plan allows you to enjoy SUP at your own pace in the great outdoors of the Northern Alps! If you wish, we will give you a brief lecture before the start, but this plan is for those who have experienced SUP at least once. This plan allows you to enjoy SUP for a full two hours. As long as there is at least one experienced person in the group, it's OK!!!
