都心のオアシスお台場でレインボーブリッジを見ながらのんびりYogaタイムしませんか！？お台場海浜公園公認のビーチヨガ体験イベントです。主催　臨海副都心グループ共催　エフカイビーチ、Studio Leaf 講師　浅野佑介先生 ※このプランは予備日が6/8日曜日16:40-18:00となります。予備日もご参加が可能な方のみお申し込み下さい。自然を楽しみながら行うヨガクラスなので無理なポーズなどは行わずにゆったり、リフレッシュ効果のあるポーズを中心に進めていきます。ヨガが初めての方や男性、お一人参加も大歓迎です。ほとんどの方がお一人参加です。ちょっと一休みするような気持で遊びにいらして下さい。
