自然を楽しみながら行うヨガクラスなので無理なポーズなどは行わずにゆったり、リフレッシュ効果のあるポーズを中心に進めていきます。
ヨガが初めての方や男性、お一人参加も大歓迎です。ほとんどの方がお一人参加です。
ちょっと一休みするような気持で遊びにいらして下さい。
レインボーブリッジや海を見ながら行えるビーチヨガ体験教室です。
解放感やリラックスも格別！
担当講師は指導歴20年で、ヨガジャーナルオンラインでライターも務めいている体のスペシャリスト！
ヨガ、ピラティス、SUPの保持資格はすべて国際ライセンス！！明るい性格の講師な為、クラスの雰囲気はいつでもアットホームです。
毎年5月～10月の間に毎月１度行われているお台場海浜公園公認のビーチヨガ体験教室です。
