元々宿泊していたホテルでパークヨガができると調べてきたのですが、遂行人数2人以上で開催されず、、、。 どうしてもヨガがしたくて、急遽調べて予約をしました。 2日前と急な予約で私一人だけの実施でしたが、快く対応してもらい、宿の近くの場所でヨガをしました! 元々1年半ほどヨガをしていましたが、なかなか立ち木のポーズが出来ませんでした。 先生から「呼吸について意識して」とアドバイスをもらい、45分という短い時間でしたが、今までの中で1番集中できブレなく立ち木のポーズが出来ました。 私の呼吸の特徴、 どうやったら呼吸がしやすくなるのか、 どんなイメージで呼吸をするのか 詳しく丁寧に教えてもらいました。 これからのヨガでも呼吸を意識してやっていきたいと思います。 ヨガ中の写真もさりげなく撮ってもらい、パークヨガデビューの記念も残せて本当に嬉しかったです。 ありがとうございました!

It is a SUP (Stand Up Paddle) experience tour that can be enjoyed freely by infants and adults at the small natural lake "Matsubara Lake" at the foot of Mt. Yatsugatake in Nagano Prefecture. Speaking of outdoor sports that can be enjoyed by family and friends ... !! SUP is the best! In the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd outdoors, there are plenty of rental tools for everyone to enjoy! There is also free time! You can make the best memories using SUP! Dogs are also welcome! It is the only school in Nagano prefecture that is officially recognized by SIJ (Japan SUP Leaders Association). ~ Flow of the day ~ ① Fill in the reception agreement and settle at the site. SUP初体験でしたが、スタッフの方に優しく教えていただいて、楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。松原湖は八ヶ岳山麓の森に囲まれた小さな湖で、私たちの他は釣り人と数台のボートがいるだけ。声をあげてはしゃいでいるのは私達だけで、湖を独占しているようでした。重心を移動させてバランスを取ったり、湖を探索したり、湖から雄大な八ヶ岳を眺めたり、皆んな思い思いに楽しんでいました。心地よい疲労感と共に日常を離れリフレッシュ出来ました。
