Experience sunrise yoga on a beautiful beach surrounded by silence. Refresh yourself with sunrise yoga while watching the mystical sight of the sky gradually brightening from the darkness before sunrise and the morning sun rising. Wake up a little earlier than usual, take in plenty of fresh oxygen in the morning, and start your day off right. Moving your body slowly and freely as if waking up each and every cell will fill your mind and body with energy. Prepare your mind and body with yoga and enjoy your day on Ishigaki Island to the fullest. The class is small, so even beginners or those who are new to yoga can feel at ease. We will proceed slowly according to the condition of the participants. Enjoy a luxurious time embraced by nature. We will guide you to the beach where you can enjoy the seasonal sunrise and the blue sea of Ishigaki. Energy charge in the morning while looking at the beautiful sea of Ishigaki Island.
A female yoga instructor residing in Ishigaki Island with a wealth of teaching experience will guide you. Careful lectures in small groups. This is a relaxing and gentle lesson, so even those who are new to yoga can feel free to join us. (This plan is limited to women. Men can also participate only if accompanied by a woman.)
Take a lesson photo and give it as a gift. I want to take a picture with this pose! If you have any request, please feel free to request as we will shoot. In addition, we will serve organic herbal tea from Ishigaki Island after the lesson.
