Sunrise yoga on a beautiful, tranquil beach. Refresh yourself with sunrise yoga while watching the mystical scene of the sky gradually becoming brighter and the sun rising from the darkness before sunrise. Wake up a little earlier than usual, breathe in plenty of fresh oxygen first thing in the morning, and have the best start to your day. If you slowly move your body in a way that awakens each cell, your mind and body will be filled with energy. Prepare your mind and body with yoga and enjoy your day on Ishigaki Island to the fullest. It's a small group class, so it's safe for those new to yoga or beginners. We will proceed slowly depending on the condition of each participant. Enjoy a luxurious time surrounded by nature. The event is held early in the morning, so you can participate even on the day of departure. -Schedule for the day-Pick up and transfer to your accommodation or meet on site (held at a beach about 30 minutes from the city center)Tea time at the beach yoga for about 75 minutes Earthing/relaxation time Dissolution on site *In case of rain Yoga will be held in a sheltered location with a good view, or in a dedicated studio.
We will guide you to the beach where you can enjoy the seasonal sunrise and the blue sea of Ishigaki. Energy charge in the morning while looking at the beautiful sea of Ishigaki Island.
A female yoga instructor residing in Ishigaki Island with a wealth of teaching experience will guide you. Careful lectures in small groups. This is a relaxing and gentle lesson, so even those who are new to yoga can feel free to join us. (This plan is limited to women. Men can also participate only if accompanied by a woman.)
Take a lesson photo and give it as a gift. I want to take a picture with this pose! If you have any request, please feel free to request as we will shoot. In addition, we will serve organic herbal tea from Ishigaki Island after the lesson.
