都心のオアシスお台場でレインボーブリッジを見ながらのんびりYogaタイムしませんか！？
お台場海浜公園公認のビーチヨガ体験イベントです。

講師　浅野佑介先生

※このプランは予備日が6/8日曜日16:40-18:00となります。
予備日もご参加が可能な方のみお申し込み下さい。

自然を楽しみながら行うヨガクラスなので無理なポーズなどは行わずにゆったり、リフレッシュ効果のあるポーズを中心に進めていきます。
ヨガが初めての方や男性、お一人参加も大歓迎です。ほとんどの方がお一人参加です。
ちょっと一休みするような気持で遊びにいらして下さい。

毎年5月～10月の間に毎月１度行われているお台場海浜公園公認のビーチヨガ体験教室です。
