Whether you ride the waves in the ocean or go down rapids in a river, SUP is now a popular sport around the world. Since maintaining your balance is quite difficult, HOA's tours are set up so that even beginners can enjoy it, with a course on the Saru River with a gentle current, so it's okay if you fall off many times! You can enjoy the beautiful valley while feeling nature with your whole body, and maintaining your balance also strengthens your core, making it a good exercise.
