Those who wish will borrow life jackets & wet suit. ★ Experience course for SUP beginners who can enjoy marine sports safely even for the first time. ★ You can enjoy SUP, which is causing a big boom worldwide in recent years, for 2 hours! ★ In this school, we will do basic operations such as topography and tool explanation, paddle holding, rowing method, straightforward, direction change before the experienced instructor comes out to the sea, so careful polite for safety We will teach you so you can learn how to operate SUP while having fun ♪ ★ Because it is a large board with buoyant force, even the first person can freely row out to the sea in no time.

Introducing the new experience-based sightseeing tour of Miyajima provided by Hart Adventure Center. You can see the world heritage "Itsukushima Shrine" from the sea on a sea kayak. The view of Itsukushima Shrine and Otorii gate from the sea is spectacular! ~ Flow of the day ~ ① Gathering ② Put on the equipment and practice paddling on the beach ③ Get on the sea kayak and row out to the sea. ④Practice in the open sea, and when you get used to it, start rowing towards the Otorii. ⑤Visit the world heritage "Itsukushima Shrine" from the sea ⑥Paddle to the original beach. ⑦ Return to the beach and take a final commemorative photo with the “Otorii” and “Itsukushima Shrine” in the background. Please note that the start time you select at the time of application is a guideline and may not be held at your desired time.

You can experience classes and tours for beginners. About 2 hours. Depending on the weather and tide level, it is possible to get close to the Otorii. This is a course where you can experience scuba diving by going to uninhabited islands and lighthouses off the coast of Miyajima on our own boat. This diving shop has been in business for 40 years and has a reputation for safety and security. We have many veteran instructors on staff. Even those who are not confident in their swimming can enjoy scuba diving with peace of mind! We will pick you up at the shop and take you to the port. It takes about 15 minutes by car from the shop to the port, and about 30 to 40 minutes from the port to the point by our own boat. It can be experienced as a day trip, so it is easy to incorporate into your travel plans! On the way back, we can also take you to Miyajima by boat! (Advance application required) We move to the point while looking at Miyajima and the islands of Hiroshima Bay from the boat. In the morning, we start with snorkeling in shallow waters to get used to the sea. Then in the afternoon, we finally start scuba diving. We dive into the sea and explore underwater! Let's go to a wonderful underwater world that you can't experience in your everyday life!
