You can ride the SUP firmly. The water is crystal clear and clean. You can enjoy it because there is a destination. There are not many SUP spots that meet such perfect conditions! And above all, it is a cruise of just under 1.5 kilometers one way, aiming for the large torii gate of Shirahige Shrine that stands tall on the lake! Discover a mystical and fantastical world, completely different from the daytime, as you listen to deep stories of Kobo Daishi Kukai and Esoteric Buddhism.On this tour, we will walk through the sacred Okunoin cemetery at night to pay our respects to the great master Kobo Daishi Kukai. After dinner, before you retire for the night… walking through Okunoin with a local Koyasan guide reveals a fantastical and mysterious world, completely different from what you see during the day. 【Our Philosophy】The “Koyasan Okunoin Night Tour” was started in 2011 by our founder, who began guiding visitors alone with a single passion: “I want people to experience the true, deep charm and silence of the Okunoin at night, safely.” For over 14 years since, we have been running this tour almost every single night.【What You'll Experience】The tour covers a wide range of topics, including the story of Kobo Daishi, an introduction to Shingon Esoteric Buddhism, explanations of the ancient tombstones, mysterious legends of Okunoin, life in a shukubo (temple lodging), and the history of Koyasan.

At MOUNT Q, a campsite in Gobo City, Wakayama, you can enjoy fishing in a covered fishing pond. Depending on the season, you can have fun catching amago trout and sweetfish! We have a lineup of delicious fish species♪ Just watching the lively and graceful fish swimming will get you excited. Fishing rod rental 165 yen/rod *There are rules for hooks and tackle, so please consult us in advance if you want to bring your own tackle. 550 yen per fish *Please purchase the fish you catch and put in a bucket. Cooking fee 165 yen/fish (cutting, skewering, salting, grilling) Cutting only is also possible. You can have a BBQ at the campsite. This is a calligraphy experience focusing on kanji. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced calligrapher, you can create memories of your trip by performing calligraphy on a wall (2m long x 3m wide), which you can't usually write on. Experience the wabi-sabi that disappears in 15 minutes. It is a Japanese-style room with tatami mats, but you can choose to practice on calligraphy paper at a Terakoya desk and chair while sitting upright. Let's enjoy an experience that you can't usually have together. ~Experience flow~ ①Experience plan explanation and hearing. (5 minutes) We will ask you about today's plan while drinking tea. ②The teacher will create a sample. (5 minutes) The teacher will write a sample of the desired font and decide the activity content. ③First practice performance. (5 minutes) First, start with the activity with your own free idea. Get a feel for the expression of your thoughts. ④A lecture before the final copy and an explanation of the points to finish the work. (25 minutes) After receiving an explanation of how to use a large brush and the points, solidify the image on the paper and practice on special paper. Enjoy free expression. ⑤ Creating a large-scale calligraphy performance piece.
