Flash photography is prohibited when watching fireflies. Alps, forests and lakes. The excitement of love and indigo. Watch fireflies on Lake Aoki by boat. The forest on the cape that juts out into Lake Aoki transforms into a giant Christmas tree in the summer. The beautiful faint glow of stars falling from tens of thousands of light-years away and the tiny love lights of fireflies play together to create a huge picture story set in Lake Aoki, a mirror-like, heart-shaped lake. We watch fireflies on the boat at Lake Aokiko.The trees over hanging the lake in summer provide a Christmas tree like setting.On clear nights you can enjoy star lights and fireflies both at the same time.With some imagination it looks like a Meteor Shower , the contest of the light between fireflies and stars.Registration by phone is 3,600 yen per person.

カヌーで夜の湖面を漕いで平家ホタルを探したが、得難い経験でした。この夜はホタルはたくさん群れているわけではなかったが十分楽しめた。ガイドさんの説明も的確で良かった。妻を連れて再訪したい。昼間に場所確認に訪れた際にキャンプサイトの見学を拒否されたのだけは残念。次回　キャンプして見たかったが
