My Sake World is an experiential facility where you can "make your own original sake." The biggest feature is that you can actually experience blending sake (assemblage) yourself. You can take the finished sake home in a small bottle. The sake used is 12 carefully selected brands of sake from around the country, mainly from Kyoto. Through tasting, you can create your own original cup while searching for the taste and aroma that suits you. There is also content that allows you to learn about the culture and types of sake. In addition, the recipe for the completed blend can be digitally saved as an NFT. This system not only allows you to record your special experience, but also makes it possible to request production using the recipe and sell the recipe in the future.

You can make a kiki plum wine set using three types of base sake: sake, shochu, and brandy. These three types of sake have a strong image, but by pickling plums, the taste becomes very mellow! Even people with weak liquor can make mellow and very easy-to-drink plum wine. Even if you miss June, which is the harvest season for plums, you can still make them all year round at the Umejikan, which uses frozen plums. It will be completed in about 20 minutes, so it's easy, and even beginners can complete it very easily and deliciously! It's OK empty-handed! * You can drink the plum wine made by the experience one month later. Shake from time to time.
