This popular winter 4-ride tour is perfect for beginners. Come see the "Snow Monsters" that appear in Hakkoda in winter. Enjoy a bird's-eye view of the Snow Monsters from the ropeway, then change into snowshoes at Sancho Koen Station and enjoy a close-up view of them. (Includes round-trip ropeway boarding pass, clothing, equipment, insurance, and guide fee.) In the event that the Hakkoda Ropeway is closed due to bad weather, we will offer an alternative tour, the "Hakkoda Heavy Snow Snowshoe Tour" (includes clothing, equipment, insurance, and guide fee). All reserved participants are required to participate in the alternative tour. In bad weather, both tours offer the chance to experience the frigid whiteout, where you can barely see a few meters ahead. This is a truly unique experience.
