This experience is a full-fledged one-day training in traditional Japanese martial arts for advanced practitioners of Iai, Kenjutsu, Aikido, etc., both in Japan and abroad, but beginners are also welcome to participate. Beginners will be carefully taught from the basics, and experienced practitioners will be provided with deeper skills and understanding. The instruction will be provided by the Guinness World Record-holding modern samurai, Isao Machii himself, and his top disciples. This plan, supervised by Isao Machii, will not only teach you the kata, but also teach you samurai martial arts that can be used in real combat. Rather than focusing on the kata, the focus is on how to actually use your body and move efficiently without exerting force. This is a rare opportunity to experience authentic samurai techniques and learn truly useful martial arts. After this experience, you will have a deeper understanding of the essence of the samurai who uses a Japanese sword, and you will be able to start on the path of martial arts with confidence. *Due to the guidance of the Agency for Cultural Affairs and the National Police Agency, this plan does not provide sword-cutting instruction to anyone other than disciples.

Wazuka Town cultivates so many tea leaves that it is called the origin of tea, and even today it is a production area that produces just under 40% of Uji tea. At Wazukaya, the "Tea Soba Making Experience" using "Wazuka Tea" is very popular, but if you are going to make Cha Soba, why not try picking the tea yourself? At the Wazuka tea plantation, we offer a Wazuka tea picking experience from March to November. The set includes tea picking experience, tea soba noodles, and tea leaf tempura making experience. You can enjoy the finished dish on the spot. Also, it takes about 30 minutes to get to Nara Park from Wazuka Town, so you can make plans that also include sightseeing in Nara.

Experience a charcoal grill inside a kamakura! You can eat freshly grilled rice cakes. At night, candles are lit in the kamakura. *Fireworks and sake tasting are available as options. *You can grill the anbo (rice cake) from the anbo experience on a charcoal grill and eat it. Our staff will be able to speak simple English and use a translator. If you are unsure, we can also assist you with an interpreter (fees apply).
