蕎麦打ち体験で利用しました。 1番早い時間帯の10時に、私たちともう人グループが体験していました。 蕎麦打ちは本当に難しく大変でしたが、スタッフの方のサポートもあり、美味しく作ることが出来ました。 作業中、お願いすれば自分達のスマホで写真を撮ってくれるのは、とても有り難かったです! ただ一つ気になったのは、11時に体験を始める次のグループの方々と、11時ごろには食事を始める10時にスタートした私たちのお世話を1人のスタッフの方が行っていたので、 11時のグループの方々は、手持ち無沙汰というか、作業が止まってしまっていたところが気になりました。 そこが改善できれば、全員が楽しい思い出を作れると思いました。 海外の友人を連れて来たいと思いましたし、蕎麦以外の体験もしてみたいので、また来ます!
