Experience farming and make your own traditional Okinawa seasoning, "Koregusu"! Harvest island chilies in the fields of local farmers! Use the island chilies you harvested and "Donan" awamori from Yonaguni Island to make "Koregusu", a traditional Okinawa seasoning. Q. What is Koregusu? A. It is a spicy seasoning made by soaking island chilies in awamori, which is indispensable to Okinawa cuisine! It can be used in a wide range of dishes, not just soups, but also stir-fries, tacos, pizza, and more!
You can start by going to the island chili pepper fields of a contracted farmer on Yonaguni Island and picking the peppers yourself!
Of course, you can take home the Koregusu you make on the tour! We will provide you with free packaging and a carrier bag for you to take it home with you.
Reservations the day before or on the day of the tour are also welcome! Please feel free to make reservations or contact us!

What is Koregusu? This is a traditional Okinawan spicy seasoning. It is a traditional seasoning made by soaking island chili peppers in awamori, and is used in a wide range of Okinawan dishes, including Okinawa soba and champuru, as well as in miso soup and soy sauce for dipping sashimi.
