藍染体験の担当してくれたお兄さんの説明がわかりやすく、楽しい体験になりました。

体験自体は面白かったですし、他にもほうとう体験や七味作り体験などできるみたいなので、また行きたいと思います。
母と2人で参加させてもらいました。予定時刻よりかなり早めに対応してもらいたく変更を快く受けていただきありがたかったです。しかし、効能などが記載されている紙をみながら作る過程で在庫がないスパイスがあったり、完成形の味のイメージがしにくく構成するにあたり何もアドバイスがないため完成品がこんな感じ？と思うものになってしまいました。もう少しアドバイスがあるといいなと思いました。
色々と気になる点ありましたが、染め物体験ができてよかったです。
予約時間になってもスタッフの方がお店にいらっしゃらずお電話して10分ほど遅れて極寒の部屋の中で体験スタートでした。
別の場所で蕎麦打ちなどの体験と掛け持ちのため、度々スタッフの方がいなくなり、こちらの体験の次ステップに進めず待ち時間が多かったので、体験セットとマニュアル等置いてお客だけで進めるスタイルでもよさそうだと思いました。
染め待ちの際に、お餅を作ってお茶と一緒に頂けたのはよかったです。総合的にコスパは良いのかなと思いました。
