Change into special work clothes and refresh your mind. Begin your experience by experiencing the traditional atmosphere and feeling like a swordsmith or craftsman. 2. Learn about the structure and origins of knives. Learn about the types and characteristics of knives made by artisans across Japan, the differences in steel materials, and traditional production areas. Learning about the process that goes into each knife's creation will deepen your attachment to each knife. 3. Receive a direct lecture from the instructor and sharpen your own knife. Under the guidance of a professional, you will learn how to hold and sharpen a knife properly. By actually using your hands, you will sharpen the blade while honing your senses. 4.
