CHEESE & PIZZA WORKS is an Italian restaurant serving Awaji Island cheese and fresh cheese. With the sole desire to let customers enjoy the deliciousness of freshly made cheese from Awaji Island, we receive raw milk every morning from a farm 10 minutes from the restaurant and make fresh cheese in our in-store workshop. The freshly made cheese that can only be tasted here was entered in the Japan Cheese Awards 2024 for the first time last year, and achieved the feat of winning in all three categories for the first time. In addition to cheese, the pizza made with onions and whitebait from Awaji Island, made by a craftsman who trained in Tokyo, is exquisite. There is also a souvenir corner in the store, so please stop by if you are in Awaji Island.
