Plan description

You can experience making mozzarella cheese (string cheese) in the red brick modern industrial heritage site. You can make it from scratch using fresh raw milk from a farm just a few steps from the store that morning. After the cheese-making experience, you can enjoy a meal made with ingredients from Awaji, and if you have children, you can also enjoy the "KIDS BASE" next door, which is equipped with a nursing room. All tools and ingredients are provided here, so there is no need to prepare or bring anything! You can eat the cheese you make on the spot or take it home! Please come and enjoy it with your children!

You can make Japan Cheese Award 2024 winning cheese!

In 2024, we took part in the Japan Cheese Awards for the first time, and achieved the great feat of winning all three categories we exhibited in, despite it being our first time exhibiting. Among all the cheeses, you can make your own mozzarella, the most familiar cheese to everyone!
