For those who want to try it first, we recommend the "trial diving course" which can be done on a day trip. The points are set for beginners in the Miura to Seisho area. (Depending on the sea conditions, we may go to Izu area.) We check for anxiety and stress in shallow waters where you can stand, so that even those who are not good at swimming can feel safe, and then you can enjoy the underwater world at your leisure. [This course requires you to visit the school in Yokohama in advance] In order to hold a safe course, you must visit the school once before the day of the course, and then apply for counseling. This plan allows you to receive a pleasant massage while being rocked by the waves. All you have to do is lie down on the special bed! You will receive a head massage while lying on your back, a back massage while lying face down, and a thorough pelvic and shoulder blade adjustment while lying on your side! You will lose track of time and relieve stress and body distortion!
