Would you like to explore Japan more, including about history, food culture and health benefits through fermented foods? Escape the heat and enjoy this unique class near the station!Our kitchen is located in the heart of Tokyo (Only 10 mins from Shibuya Station to the kitchen including a short walk), so you won't be affected much by the weather! A certified instructor guides you through easy recipes using traditional Japanese fermented ingredients, with an in-depth lecture in a small-group setting. Fermented foods are so beneficial for our overall health and beauty.The class is just 2 hours long, making it perfect even for busy travelers!In the beginning, there is a lecture about Japanese fermented foods (especially koji and miso) then we cook lunch together:- Cold noodles with pork (or deep thick tofu for Vegans): Try somen, thin wheat vermicelli, a typical Japanese summer dish. You will be amazed. - Miso soup- Two vegetable side dishes- Dessert* The menu will be changed depending on the seasons.* Vegan version is available but we will share the kitchen with non-vegan version. You can now park your car on the first floor of our building and go out! If you would like to park your car and go sightseeing in Kanazawa, please come to our store. The daily fee is 800 yen (tax included) and we are limited to one car per day, so it's first come, first served! Reservations are required! *Please note that the parking lot may not be available during events held in our building, so please be sure to check with us. The "Nagadzubei" bus stop is right next to our store.
