Japanese fermented foods are incredibly fascinating as they are deeply connected to various aspects such as history, geography, culture, and health. They are sure to satisfy your curiosity. The cooking methods are simple and can be easily incorporated into your daily life, which will help you to have healthy and delicious eating habits!The location is very convenient, just a minute walk from Akasaka Mitsuke Station, the heart of Tokyo. You won't be annoyed by the weather condition! The kitchen is beautifil. In the beginning, there is a lecture about Japanese fermented foods (koji and miso) then we cook lunch together:- Rice- Miso soup- Main dish (Sautéed chicken or deep fried tofu (for vegans)- Two vegetable side dishes- Dessert* The venue might be changed to other areas such as Shinjuku. We will inform you when we receive your booking.* Vegan version is available but we will share the kitchen with non-vegan version. Please ask for vegan option before you apply.* If you would like to take the class in other dates, please contact (min. 2 people).
