Plan description

This is a bread-making class where you can choose your favorite bread from a menu of over 100 types. Even beginners are welcome to come. You can enjoy freshly baked bread in less than 2 hours! You can choose from a variety of types, including hand-kneaded, machine-kneaded, and no-knead bread. You can also make easy chiffon cakes and cheesecakes during the fermentation time.

This is a recommended bread recipe for beginners.

If you are new to bread making, we recommend Heidi's white bread, raisin bread, walnut bread, and sweet boule. You can knead the dough by hand or with a machine, so enjoy the process of the dough rising.

You can make a simple pizza in just one hour (recommended for beginners)

If you want to try making no-knead bread, we recommend our chewy pizza. It only takes an amazing 1 minute to knead the dough! You'll be amazed at how easy it is to make and how delicious the freshly baked pizza is! This pizza can be made in 1 hour, so it's ready in no time.

Recommended for foreigners (Beginners are also welcome)

The breads that are commonly eaten in Japan are shokupan (bread slices) and anpan (sweet bean buns). These are breads that can be easily made at home in Japan. They have a pleasant taste and are simple, so they are easy to make and highly recommended (you can make them in less than 2 hours).
