Naohara Gyokusei is a master of Nanga painting who grew up on Awaji Island. Hello everyone! Welcome to Katori City! Today, let's enjoy the fun of nature and take a look into the mysterious world of Japanese honeybees together! "I want to eat delicious food and live happily in any era!" We moved from Tokyo and are looking forward to sharing our story of becoming self-sufficient and our life with nature. ### Experience Overview In this experience, you will look inside a Japanese honeybee hive in the open land of Katori City, Chiba Prefecture. It is easy for children to do. We hope you will feel the change of seasons through activities in nature. After that, you will enjoy making lip balm using Japanese honeybee beeswax indoors (bakery)! Natural beeswax is said to have moisturizing, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and healing effects, and has various uses other than body care. After the experience, you can relax on the spacious wooden deck.
