Plan description

[Akitsuno Garten] Jam is made using locally harvested seasonal citrus fruits in a classroom inside a wooden school building of a former elementary school. Chop tangerine peels and fruits and squeeze in a pot. For small children, the staff will carve it for you. Write an illustration or message on the lid of the jam jar and use it as a gift!

After experiencing in the classroom inside the wooden school building of a former elementary school, hang out inside the school building. You can take a commemorative photo with the wooden desk and chair of the elementary school. If you shoot in a classroom where the sunlight shines in, there is no doubt that it will look great on Instagram!

There are more than 80 types of citrus fruits!

Wakayama Prefecture has the highest citrus yield in Japan! Among them, Akitsuno no Sato cultivates more than 80 kinds of citrus fruits throughout the year, such as Shiranui and Kiyomi oranges in spring, Valencia oranges in summer, Satsuma mandarin in autumn, and Ponkan in winter.
