I was a manager at a listed company, but when I got pregnant, I quit the company and became a housewife. During my time as an employee, I was developing new businesses, and I saw future predictions that the global environment would deteriorate in the next few decades, leading to food and water shortages and political instability. When I had children, I strongly wanted to leave an environment where they could live happily even after they grew up and became parents. When my child was 5 years old, my husband and I switched jobs as a housewife. As a step towards moving to the countryside, I was posted alone to Katori City, Chiba Prefecture as a regional revitalization cooperation team. A year later, my family moved to Katori City, Chiba Prefecture, and started living in our current home, which is a private lodging. My goal is to be half self-sufficient, eat delicious food, and live happily. I hope to spend the other half of my time eating delicious food while interacting with local people.
