This is a fresh fruit Daifuku making experience by a cook who has experience teaching not only Japanese but also Indonesians, Japanese Brazilians, Vietnamese, and Taiwanese. Matcha is also served after the sweets are made. This is a hands-on activity where you play the local traditional culture "Kanayama Taiko" in beautiful nature. Would you like to be healed by the drums echoing in the countryside and mountains? Kanayama drums have been carefully handed down locally for the prosperity of Okuzo Kanayama, which flourished during the Nara period. It is characterized by making big drums resound in the mountains. The echoing sound penetrates your body. We will take photos and videos of the experience with your smartphone or camera.
