【ハンドドリップ教室 初級編　おいしいスペシャルティコーヒーの淹れ方】 ウミノネコーヒー焙煎所は、山口県 下関市 の関門海峡を望むカフェ・コーヒーショップです。 ～食することに愛情を～をテーマに、日々、心を込めて焙煎した新鮮なコーヒー豆( 無農薬・減農薬を厳選 )をお届けしております。 デモンストレーションののち、お一人ずつハンドドリップを体験して頂きます。 淹れ方のコツを覚えれば、今よりも、もっと美味しいコーヒーをご自宅で再現できます！ 深煎りコーヒーと浅煎りコーヒーのハンドドリップの仕方が違うのをご存じですか？ ハンドドリップで、どんな焙煎のコーヒーも、おいしく淹れるコツをお教えします！ 淹れ方のコツを覚えれば、今よりも、もっと美味しいコーヒーをご自宅で再現できます！初心者の方も大歓迎です！ これからハンドドリップに挑戦したい方や、上手な抽出のポイントを知りたい方にぴったりの体験です。 【体験の内容】（※予定） ①座学 ドリッパーやフィルター、温度計、タイマーなどコーヒーを淹れるために必要なものの説明や選び方などを説明。 ⓶デモンストレーション 豆の量とお湯の温度による味の違い・抽出時間を測ることの大切さなど、おいしいコーヒーを淹れるポイントを聞いたうえで中村がデモンストレーション。 ③参加者がそれぞれコーヒーをハンドドリップ。 自分のイメージした味を引き出せるように挽き具合やお湯の温度、抽出時間を考えてもらいながら、自らハンドドリップ体験。 ④試飲 それぞれ試飲すると、同じコーヒー豆を使っているにも関わらず、挽き方や温度、抽出速度、また使うドリッパーなどで味に変化が生じることを体感。 ⑤参加者の皆様にお土産つき ご自宅でお楽しみいただけるように、ウミノネ オリジナルブレンド ２０ｇを お土産として差し上げております。
