The former Katsuyama Sake Brewery, which was built during the feudal period, has been renovated into a beautiful space with a mix of old and new Japanese and Western styles. Enjoy a course meal featuring seasonal items based on French cuisine with Japanese elements. In addition to mainly offering pairing courses where you can enjoy small portions of multiple types of sake and wine, our sommeliers will also suggest sake and wine according to your wishes and preferences.
