A special tour where you can enjoy the biennial "Reborn-Art Festival" even outside the festival period! Ishinomaki City, Miyagi Prefecture is an area that was strongly affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake. In this region, in the wake of the earthquake, the Reborn-Art Festival, a comprehensive festival of contemporary art, food, and music, was born. This festival brings together creators from all over the world to create art, pop-up restaurants, live music, and more. Artists convey Ishinomaki's rich nature and traditions, and the wisdom of its people, including the beautiful nature and scenery of Sanriku Fukko National Park, the rich food culture that grows off the coast of Mt. Kinka, one of the world's three largest fishing grounds, and the remains of the Great East Japan Earthquake.
