The owner travels to coffee-producing regions around the world and carefully selects coffee beans that are thoroughly managed from cultivation to harvesting and transportation! In order to enjoy high-quality coffee with a rich original flavor called "specialty coffee," he roasts and brews the beans himself. The flavor changes drastically depending on the strength of the roast and the time, so adjust the roasting level to match your favorite flavor and aroma. Experience the profound world of coffee. A place in the Shitoori district of Minami Awaji City, where idyllic rural scenery spreads out. After getting off the car, walk for two minutes along a country road surrounded by trees to the Awaji Island Coffee Laboratory "BASE COFFEE," an annex to the premises of "Fuku Cafe," a quiet, hidden old-style cafe. If a cafe is a hideaway, this laboratory has the atmosphere of a "secret base." The owner, who is obsessed with the depth and unanswerable charm of coffee, is researching and studying every day to get to know coffee better and to pursue the creation of "coffee that makes you want to talk about it with others and makes you smile". The owner carefully selects coffee beans from producing areas around the world, including Central and South America, Africa, and Asia, and thoroughly manages the process from cultivation to harvesting and transportation. Using these top quality beans, you will experience roasting, the most important process that determines the taste and aroma of coffee. For the roasting process, we use a roasting pan called "mankashakasha", which is actually used in Ethiopia, one of the countries where we purchase beans. You can choose to roast lightly to bring out the fruity aroma and acidity of citrus fruits, or roast deeply to bring out the richness and bitterness of chocolate, or you can aim for something in between. In either case, it is difficult to conduct heat thoroughly to the inside of the raw beans in order to remove the moisture contained in them. In addition, even if you choose the same beans and roast in a hand pan, the heat transfer changes depending on how the beans roll and how the wind hits them, so even if the conditions are slightly different, the taste will not be the same and an original taste will be created. The staff will give you a thorough lecture, so please feel free to try it. When the roasted beans are cooled and ground in a coffee mill, a scent containing various elements, including the scent of nuts, caramel, and citrus, rises. This is the moment when the coffee beans emit the most aroma in their life. There are hundreds of elements of the aroma, which becomes a complex and rich coffee aroma that fascinates many people. Then comes the finishing process. Hot water is poured over the fragrant freshly ground beans to extract the maximum aroma and flavor, but there is also an appropriate way to pour the hot water. When you put the carefully extracted coffee in your mouth, your face will naturally break into a smile. *One cup of roasted and ground beans will be used for tasting, but you can take the remaining beans home with you.

☆★3 steps to discover a new you! ★☆You can learn self-care knowledge while visualizing "your current self" through scent◎★☆Introducing our plan☆★For those who think "it's too good to do it just once". You can take a formal qualification course (introductory course) while conducting a "scent health check" using olfactory response analysis in three separate sessions. ✔ Each session includes a formal assessment (advice for improving your physical condition)✔ The feeling of "visualizing" changes in your physical condition and mood through scent✔ The more you learn, the more self-care tips you can get that can be applied to your life! "Olfactory response analysis" scientifically interprets the state of your mind and body from your scent preferences. In this three-part course for olfactory response analysts, you will not only learn the theory, but also gain both "knowledge" and "realization" by repeatedly checking your physical condition each time. The way you perceive scent is linked to your physical condition and emotions. "I didn't like this scent before, but I might like it today" Such changes also have a solid meaning. This three-part course is recommended for the following people: ♪ Those who want to seriously start self-care for their physical and mental health ♪ Those who want to make changes in themselves while learning olfactory response analysis ♪ Those who want to learn with continuous support rather than one-off ♪ Those who are considering obtaining qualifications in the aroma field in the future (The instructor is not only an olfactory response analyst instructor, but also an AEAJ aromatherapist and instructor (from May 1, 2025)). In addition, since the concept can be applied to small mammalian pets such as dogs and cats, it is also perfect for those who want to "apply it to the health management of themselves and their family (including pets)"? ◇◆Recommended points◆◇! You can receive an olfactory response analysis assessment three times! ! Not only can you learn, but you can also take home a simplified version kit! ! Even if you are a beginner to aroma, you can learn thoroughly from the basics! ! The small number of people makes it easy to ask questions and you can experience it thoroughly! ◆◇Price◇◆ In addition to the introductory course, the three-part course will include three olfactory response analysis assessments. 33,000 yen (11,000 yen per session) The above fee includes the introductory course for olfactory response analysts and a certificate of completion, as well as assessment 4,500 yen + 3,500 yen + 3,500 yen (all on weekdays) = 11,500 yen, which is less than half the price at 5,000 yen, making it a great deal!

★☆Plan Introduction☆★ "I don't feel well," "I'm in a bad mood," "I can't explain my physical condition well," "My scent preferences" may be a hint. In this course, you can experience the slightly mysterious and fun **Olfactory Response Analysis**, which allows you to check the balance of your mind and body "now" with scent, and take home a simple kit version for daily practice♪ You will use 4 aromas. Which do you like? Which don't you like? - Just by doing that, you can see your tendencies and points of care◎ Moreover, this checking method can also be applied to mammalian pets such as small dogs and cats, so it is also recommended for those who are "a little worried about how my child is doing lately..."! It's OK even if you don't know anything about aroma! This is a course that is perfect for those who want to face themselves in a fun and casual way. We adjust the schedule according to your wishes, such as online or face-to-face (Fukuoka Ropponmatsu), so please feel free to contact us? ◆◇ Recommended for these people! ◇◆♪ I like aroma and want to learn more! ♪I want to objectively understand my current state and adjust it! ♪I want to learn how to use essential oils more correctly! ♪I'm interested in using them in the medical, nursing, and educational fields! ♪I'm interested in "logical aromatherapy"! ♪I want to incorporate aroma into my life with my pet (small animals such as dogs and cats)! ◇◆Here's the key point! ◆◇! Experience a simplified version of the patented constitution analysis method (olfactory response analysis)! Not only can you learn, but you can actually smell the scent and find out your condition You can also take home a simplified kit! Even if you're new to aromatherapy, you can learn thoroughly from the basics! The small class size makes it easy to ask questions and you can have a thorough experience! After a while, you can hear trivia such as how to distinguish between male and female fish and the species of fish caught that day, the secret of their deliciousness, and the hardships they endured. Apparently, some of the requests are quite unusual, coming from affiliated aquariums who say, "If you catch this fish, please let us know!" Visit the Yura Fisheries Cooperative Association's unique fish auction with a professional fisherman and broker who also supplies fish to famous fish markets such as Toyosu Market, high-end restaurants, and Michelin-starred restaurants. Experience the lively fishing town of Yura Port, a natural harbor with the largest variety of fish landed on Awaji Island. Yura Port is located in the exact center of the eastern side of Awaji Island. With the Kitan Strait stretching out before it and a wide fishing ground stretching from Osaka Bay to the Pacific Ocean, Yura Port is known as a natural harbor, and in addition to high-end fish such as sea bream and conger eel, about 150 types of fresh seafood are landed each season. This time, you will sneak into the Yura Fisheries Cooperative Association auction, which is usually only open to those involved, together with a professional fisherman who also supplies fish to markets and high-end restaurants nationwide. This is a valuable private tour experience that is held once a day and is limited to a maximum of four people. You can watch the auction right next to the fishermen, have them guide you around the fishing port, and enjoy the atmosphere of the local fishing town, with the people working energetically at Yura Port. This is a unique system of the Yura Fisheries Cooperative Association. It only takes a few tens of seconds, but you can see the tension and speed of the professional scene with your own eyes. This process is repeated over and over, and once again the fish are selected, the price is decided, and the bill is thrown in.
