This is an English SUP School & Tour for foreigners. It is a private tour that provides detailed lectures not only for those with SUP experience, but also for those who are trying SUP for the first time. The port city of Yokohama has a long history of development through its ports and canals. In addition, before World War II, this area had many military facilities, factories, and shipyards. After the war, the shipyards were reclaimed, and vast business towns, high-rise residential areas, large shopping malls, urban ropeways, and more were formed. In addition, the civil engineering heritage that formed the foundation of the port city of Yokohama is actively preserved and utilized, and you can enjoy a SUP tour while touring these places. We also recommend a SUP tour while viewing the world-famous Sakura. The Ooka River that connects to the port is a famous spot for Sakura. A Sakura SUP Tour on the Ooka River when the flowers are in full bloom will be a special experience. The instructor, a nationally certified guide-interpreter, will teach you how to make sushi rice, cut tuna, grate wasabi, and make three types of sushi (nigiri, rolled, and gunkan) at his home (a tower apartment directly connected to Higashi-Ikebukuro Station), and have you actually make them. After that, you will eat the sushi you made with the miso soup made by the instructor. You will receive a gift of the instructor's recipe and an easy-to-make kit used to make the rolled sushi. ~Experience flow~ ① Sushi making (about 1 hour 40 minutes) You can experience making sushi rice, cutting fish, grating wasabi, and making three types of sushi. ② Sushi party (about 1 hour 10 minutes) Eat the sushi you made with miso soup prepared by the instructor. The instructor is a guide-interpreter, so please feel free to ask any questions. The time it takes to make sushi varies from person to person. Since it is one group, we can respond flexibly and will not charge for extended hours.

The instructor, who is a nationally certified guide-interpreter, will guide you through the Tsukiji Outer Market and buy fresh fish (tuna, salmon, sea bream, yellowtail) and wasabi. After that, you will travel by subway to the instructor's home (a tower apartment directly connected to Higashi-Ikebukuro Station). At the instructor's home, you will learn how to make sushi rice, how to cut tuna, how to grate wasabi, and how to make three types of sushi (nigiri, rolled, and gunkan), and you will actually make them. After that, you will eat the sushi you made with miso soup made by the instructor.
