Mizubeso started a tour by SUP for the first time in Yokohama in 2012 with the vision of "realizing a lifestyle where you can enjoy the waterside of the city." In the port city of Yokohama, there are many available ports, canals, and rivers nearby. However, it was still a field that only some people could enjoy, and it had a high hurdle. Mizubeso provides a "program that allows you to enjoy the waterside on a daily basis" through SUP in collaboration with various individuals, groups, companies, governments, regions, etc. related to the waterside. We are working to nurture and take root in the city as a third place on the waterfront of the city. In addition, 5 SUPA (Japan Sap Association) instructors and 5 SIJ (Sap Instructor Association) instructors will take turns in the school. One instructor will be attached to every three beginners, so you can learn sap safely and securely.

市内在住でみなとみらい周辺はホームのはずでしたが川から眺める景色は見たことの無い全くのアウェーでした!！
遠方の方は勿論、ご近所さんも是非体験してみて下さい。新しい横浜の魅力を発見してもらえるはずです。

川を進んでランドマークや赤レンガ付近まで行って戻りました。

My 12 year old son and I had a great time out on the boards with Yuki and Hoji. It was only our serving time on SUPs but they were very encouraging as we got used to being on the water. They quickly made us feel like four friends out for a good time on the water, and my son in particular enjoyed racing Yuki and then jumping in to Yokohama Bay.

SUP is an activity where anyone, regardless of age, can easily enjoy the waterside. Unless it is stormy weather or strong wind, most people will be able to row in about an hour. This is an "experience-based tour" where you can enjoy the seasons of Yokohama around the port city of Yokohama with this handy board. It can also be enjoyed as a place for parent-child, senior, family and in-house communication. Also, if you want to continue enjoying SUP in Yokohama from now on, please join this tour.
Located a 5-minute walk from Keikyu Hinodecho Station, Mizubeso is visited by neighbors and people along the line on a weekly basis. It's easy to complete 1 hour of SUP fitness, changing clothes and preparations before and after, and moving from home in just 2 to 3 hours round trip from home. It's possible to create exciting fitness habits cheaper than going to a local fitness club. If you become a member, you can use it from early morning on weekdays, so you can go to work after rowing quickly before commuting.
At Mizubeso, we are also focusing on planned tours for repeaters and members. We regularly hold SUP tours and early morning tours at various watersides. Through these common experiences, we believe that we can meet friends of all ages and nationalities and lead a richer and healthier lifestyle. Please join the community through SUP.
