そば打ち歴25年という先生に、新設丁寧にそば打ちを教えていただきました。 そばは打ち初めてなこともあり、そば粉をこねるのも、麵の形に切るのも最初は上手にできませんでした。 それでも先生に和やかな笑顔で優しく教えていただけ、最後は何とかそれなりに形に上達(というほどでもないでしょうが)できたと思います。 おかげさまで、楽しみながら初めてのそば打ちを体験をすることができました。 そしてそばを打ち終わったあとがまた良かったんです。 自分で打ったそばを茹でてもらえ、食べることができるんです。 それも、おいしく上がった天ぷら付きで。 茹で上がったそばは、自分が切ったとおり、太いのやら細いのやらが混在してて。 そんなふうに見た目は悪いんですが、自分で打ったという愛着もひとしおのそばを、おいしく揚がったてんぷらと一緒に食べることができました。 そば打ちの先生、受付していただいた女性職員の方、会計のところにおられた男性職員の方、厨房でそばを茹でてくれた女性職員の方、皆さんにすごくよくしていただき、本当に感謝です。 施設の皆さんの対応も本当に暖かく、これを機会に自分でも自宅でそば打ちしてみようかなあ、と本気で考えているほどです。 ありがとうございました。

We will introduce you to the training content and rules of sumo, allowing you to experience sumo for yourself. The program will be conducted in Japanese, English, or both, depending on your nationality. This plan is a buckwheat noodle plan that you can experience from grinding soba noodle with grinding stone to powder. You can experience buckwheat while feeling comfortable nature in a green environment with parks which are spacious close by. The journey time is about 3 hours.
外国人2人を含め、初体験の6人で伺いました。事前の電話連絡で印象が良かったので、期待しておりました。 期待通り、玄そば挽き、混ぜる、こねる、延ばす、たたむ、切るとフルコース丁寧な指導で全員満足いたしております。 2人ほどは途中修理不可能になってしまいましたが、各自自分で作ったそばの味は格別でした。 川越市中心からは少々離れていますが、霞ヶ関駅からタクシー利用すれば10分ぐらいで着きます。
