[Limited time plan from September to November] Old folk house Toro - a house that spins history - is available for exclusive use! This is a food set plan where you can light a fire in the hearth and enjoy locally produced ingredients. It can be used for both lunch and dinner. The staff will light the hearth and prepare the ingredients. You can light the ingredients yourself and enjoy it freely. ◆Example of food set◆ [Irori grilling plan menu] Assortment of mushrooms and autumn vegetables Shinshu salmon Shinshu premium beef Clay pot rice Nozawana pickles [From September 26th, we will serve new rice] Ina Valley is one of the leading grain regions in Nagano Prefecture! Our proud Matsutake rice is made with delicious local rice made with clean spring water from the Southern Alps. Enjoy a luxurious holiday where you can enjoy the rare experience of lighting a fire in the hearth right in front of you and the gourmet food of Shinshu at the same time! [Mid-September to mid-October] Matsutake mushroom option: 15,000 yen/set As we cannot guarantee that matsutake mushrooms will be picked in the mountains on the day of your visit, matsutake mushrooms are not included in the regular hearth grilling plan. If you would like to add matsutake mushrooms to the plan above, please make a reservation only, and they will be provided only if they are available. Payment is also required at check-out. As you will be cooking the meal yourself, you can also make the clay pot rice included in the plan into matsutake rice. This is a selfish request from us to only serve ingredients picked in the local mountains, but it is a plan and option that allows you to enjoy the ultimate luxury.
