Plan description

You can experience making traditional Japanese food "Onigiri" in Ariake, Tokyo. After sterilizing the rice ball mold and spatula by boiling, make the rice balls. Make 5 pieces while showing the key points on how to hold them. You can enjoy two of the finished rice balls on the spot while looking out at the view of Tokyo Bay. Please take the rest home. You can take home the tools you used, such as molds and spatulas, as souvenirs! We will donate 10% of the money you deposited to organizations such as the Red Cross. You can learn about Japanese soul food in a fun and delicious way, and make a donation in hopes of world peace. This is a special workshop held by Seiko, a world-renowned designer and rice ball evangelist. ~Procedure of the experience~ 13:50 Gather in front of the front entrance of Brillia Mare Ariake. 14:00 We will explain the flow of the hand washing/preparation experience and prepare for hand washing. 14:10 Cooking rice and preparing shrimp tempura, tuna, etc. After setting the rice in the rice cooker, we will prepare the ingredients for the rice balls. 14:50 Make rice balls.
