the experience or activity is very pleasant..there were only 2 of us..so that made our trip more fun as the instructor concentrated with us and even took vids and pics which was a plus..all the dishes we made were so good especiallt the mochi type ...both hostess was very nice ladies , just beware.. when you go there like us , diy , its like a hike..because you are gonna go up by the mountain thus having lots of upward hill..but nevertheless..the views of the green tea plantation and being on top was very serene and the town is very quiet

We had an absolute blast with this experience! Matsumoto-san, which runs the farm and this experience is a wonderful teacher. The whole experience was a little longer than two hours and includes a variety of activities: harvest sugar cane, extract the juice, try the juice, make some brown sugar candy, eat banana with freshly made ice cream. Enjoy successive Isokichi works with luxurious commentary! Ikichi Fukaka Pottery Kiln is located in Yawata, where kilns for making figurines are concentrated. We start by splitting real bamboo and making a platform for nagashi somen! We harvest the vegetables to be cooked in the pesticide-free vegetable field and cook them together. The menu is vegetarian (vegan). Enjoy freshly picked seasonal vegetables. Nagashi somen is an experience where you neatly assemble split bamboo and eat the noodles that flow under water. Kairi is a renovated old house located in the inland scenery of Awaji Island, where the traditional scenery remains. You can enjoy dishes that are carefully prepared one by one using local ingredients, tableware, and space that the owner is particular about, and the scenery will relax your mind. The owner is particular about using seasonal ingredients that correspond to the seasons of Awaji Island! As much as possible, he uses locally grown and locally harvested ingredients. If he cannot get them, he himself goes to pick wild vegetables and makes tea. Stroll with your guide around the Cliff Kannon (official name Daifukuji), a rare Kannon temple built on a cliff halfway up a mountain.
