You can enjoy making soba noodles by yourself from start to finish, pretending to be a soba noodle craftsman. The instructor will only support you and not interfere as much as possible. Soba noodles you make yourself have a special taste. Even with the same flour, the taste changes depending on how you make it. You can also enjoy comparing the taste of the noodles with those who have experienced it with you.
