RAW sweets trial lesson Take-out cake included & tasting party Let's enjoy making and tasting RAW sweets! ! ! By eating whole natural ingredients raw (maintained at 48 degrees or less when heated), these sweets incorporate vitamins, minerals, and food enzymes into the body. No eggs, dairy products, flour or white sugar are used, and the oil is consumed in a non-oxidized state by not baking. At our shop, we are particular about organic, and it is a very luxurious cake that you can take nutrients from fruits and nuts that have been activated by flooding. All materials are provided here. Turn the mixer, make the tart dough, chop the fruit, and decorate the toppings freely. You can take home the cake you made yourself. Until the cake hardens, we will have a RAW sweets tasting party. By all means, parents and children, friends, and of course one person are fine. Make, eat and enjoy! Belongings are an apron, a takeaway container, a cold pack, a cold bag, and a hand towel.

This is a creative experience unique to Menard Aoyama Resort, which has a full-fledged hole kiln "Nunobiki Kiln". Unlike the hand-kneading experience, the work you make is baked in the hole kiln "Nunobiki kiln". Using firewood, it is baked overnight for about 5 days without extinguishing the fire. The work you make is covered with ashes in the kiln, and the ashes melt at a high temperature of up to 1,300 degrees Celsius and settle in the work, resulting in a mysterious color. It features a unique color that cannot be expressed in an electric kiln or a gas kiln. * The content of the experience and the work you make are the same as in the hand-kneading class. ★ Authentic pottery experience! In our sushi experience, you can learn how to make nigiri sushi and rolled sushi. Every morning, we use fresh ingredients procured from the Kyoto Central Wholesale Market and freshly cooked sushi rice. Some of our sushi chefs are veteran craftsmen, and some have wine sommelier qualifications. We can accommodate from 2 to 35 people. The price venue will change depending on the number of people.
