With over 27 years of experience, he has also taught at overseas branches in the United States, Europe, and Hong Kong, and is one of the few teachers in the world who has deeply mastered both swordsmanship and yabusame and continues to pass them down. Iai teaches how to handle a sword, Gekken teaches the distance between you and your opponent and how to attack and defend, and Nuchi teaches the blade line (how to set the blade). ~Schedule: Time may vary depending on the number of participants~① Demonstration (3 mins) ② Lecture on swords (20 mins) ③ Change into training clothes (10 mins) ④ Iai lesson (20 mins) ⑤ Gekken lesson (20 mins) ⑥ Kyūjutsu lesson (20 mins) ⑦ Checking the blade line (20 mins) ⑧ Certificate of Inka (5 mins) ⑨ Change into casual clothes (10 mins)
It's 100% worth the money and not a tourist trap. The instructor, Sumida Sensei, was very patient and carefully taught me how to handle a katana. In the end, the improvement was visible. I started as a newbie, and at the end of the class, I was able to cut a tatami mat, bringing me a great sense of achievement. Really is worth a try!

It is also called "Kinkaku-ji Temple" because the exterior walls of the Shariden Hall, the central building of the temple, are all decorated with gold leaf. The temple was built in 1397. Originally a villa for Shogun Ashikaga Yoshimitsu (the prototype of Shogun Yoshimitsu in the anime "Kei Ikkyu-san"), it was later converted into the Zen temple "Bosatsurei". You will be responsible for the cost.) ▼ Fushimi Inari Taisha is famous for its thousand torii gates, and many tourists from both Japan and abroad visit it every year. It was ranked number one for three consecutive years as "Japan's most popular tourist spots for foreigners" in a survey conducted by the world's largest travel site.

There are facilities such as an information center, restaurant, and cafe. "Hiyori" means clear and good weather in Japanese. The appearance of the seawater sparkling in the sunlight is the most ideal expression of "Funaya Weather". There is also a boathouse that you can visit. ▼INE COFFEE: is a Japanese modern design that focuses on a simple and clean style. The seaside cafe is very attractive, with colorful pillows, and sitting here and looking at the sea is a completely relaxing and soothing atmosphere. However, the best view here is from a corner on the first floor. The floor-to-ceiling windows overlook Ine Bay. It's a wonderful view. There is an "INE CAFE" logo on the table and two heart-shaped sunglasses on the chair. Basically, the cafe has set up a special area for taking photos and checking in, which is amazing. The beautiful view from the large floor-to-ceiling windows is like a postcard, and it makes you feel like time has stopped. Let's also visit the unique boathouse ~ the first floor is a cabin and the second floor is a private house. This unique structure is a "Funaya", a feature unique to Ine Town. A private trekking tour with a guide around the sights of Mt. Nokogiri, a lesser-known mountain on the Boso Peninsula. This is a special tour that allows you to enjoy the sights of Mt. Nokogiri, a unique mountain where the remains of the stone-cutting industry that supported the region and the Buddhist world of Nihon-ji Temple are back to back, all in one day! We start by walking through the streets of Kanaya, which flourished as a stone-cutting industry from the Edo period to the Showa period, and then head to the Nokogiriyama Ropeway Station. After entering the grounds of Nihon-ji Temple and worshiping the "Hyakushaku Kannon," we trace the scenery and history of the remains of the quarry, which once flourished as a stone-cutting industry and now stands like an ancient ruin. After that, we proceed while listening to the guide's explanations about the sights such as the famous photo spots "Peeking into Hell" and "1,500 Arhats," and the tallest "Great Buddha" in Japan (as a seated statue and rock-carved Buddha), and finally descend the mountain by ropeway and disband. *There will be a lunch break along the way.
There is much to enjoy: natural landscapes, human interaction with the environment, religious customs, flora and fauna, history, and much more. Interesting anecdotes and views as well as a few scary moments and many photo opportunities are part of the enjoyment factor. The guide's English was fine and she was knowledgeable enough about each topic to keep the participants interested. She was attentive to my needs and accommodating to my humor.

Nokogiriyama is known as a lesser known mountain on the Boso Peninsula. With its jagged ridgeline resembling the teeth of a saw, and the remains of the quarry where Boso stone was quarried by the stone-cutting industry until the Showa era, it looks like an abandoned building, and this otherworldly space that appears in the middle of nature has become popular. On this tour, you will pass through the streets of Kanaya, which once flourished as a stone-cutting industry, and climb the "Sharikko Road," a road that once transported quarried stone, with a guide. While enjoying the climb, which is low above sea level but has a large elevation difference, you will feel the breath of the craftsmen of the time, and trace the history of how Boso stone supported Japan's modernization and declined over time.

The owner travels to coffee-producing regions around the world and carefully selects coffee beans that are thoroughly managed from cultivation to harvesting and transportation! In order to enjoy high-quality coffee with a rich original flavor called "specialty coffee," he roasts and brews the beans himself. The flavor changes drastically depending on the strength of the roast and the time, so adjust the roasting level to match your favorite flavor and aroma. Experience the profound world of coffee. A place in the Shitoori district of Minami Awaji City, where idyllic rural scenery spreads out. After getting off the car, walk for two minutes along a country road surrounded by trees to the Awaji Island Coffee Laboratory "BASE COFFEE," an annex to the premises of "Fuku Cafe," a quiet, hidden old-style cafe. If a cafe is a hideaway, this laboratory has the atmosphere of a "secret base." The owner, who is obsessed with the depth and unanswerable charm of coffee, is researching and studying every day to get to know coffee better and to pursue the creation of "coffee that makes you want to talk about it with others and makes you smile". The owner carefully selects coffee beans from producing areas around the world, including Central and South America, Africa, and Asia, and thoroughly manages the process from cultivation to harvesting and transportation. Using these top quality beans, you will experience roasting, the most important process that determines the taste and aroma of coffee. For the roasting process, we use a roasting pan called "mankashakasha", which is actually used in Ethiopia, one of the countries where we purchase beans. You can choose to roast lightly to bring out the fruity aroma and acidity of citrus fruits, or roast deeply to bring out the richness and bitterness of chocolate, or you can aim for something in between. In either case, it is difficult to conduct heat thoroughly to the inside of the raw beans in order to remove the moisture contained in them. In addition, even if you choose the same beans and roast in a hand pan, the heat transfer changes depending on how the beans roll and how the wind hits them, so even if the conditions are slightly different, the taste will not be the same and an original taste will be created. The staff will give you a thorough lecture, so please feel free to try it. When the roasted beans are cooled and ground in a coffee mill, a scent containing various elements, including the scent of nuts, caramel, and citrus, rises. This is the moment when the coffee beans emit the most aroma in their life. There are hundreds of elements of the aroma, which becomes a complex and rich coffee aroma that fascinates many people. Then comes the finishing process. Hot water is poured over the fragrant freshly ground beans to extract the maximum aroma and flavor, but there is also an appropriate way to pour the hot water. When you put the carefully extracted coffee in your mouth, your face will naturally break into a smile. *One cup of roasted and ground beans will be used for tasting, but you can take the remaining beans home with you.
