In this cooking class, you will learn how to make nigiri sushi and roll sushi. 1: Nigiri sushiThe most standard and popular sushi in Japan, and also the origin of sushi. 2: Roll sushiA popular sushi around the world, this type of sushi is made by wrapping ingredients in rice. If you practice a lot, you might become a sushi chef? ▶︎ScheduleIt's about 90 minutes. In the first half, you will learn the history of sushi and how to make sushi, and then you will actually make sushi! In the second half, you will have time to make sushi freely and time to eat. ▶︎LocationOur cooking class is located in the center of Osaka! Osaka is a popular tourist destination in Japan that everyone wants to visit at least once, with a strong sense of history and culture. It is also recommended to go sightseeing in Osaka before or after the cooking class! ▶︎Instructors and staff All cooking classes will be held in English. Local staff with extensive overseas experience will provide you with the best entertainment! Your memories in Japan will surely be unforgettable! ▶︎Menu changes The following menus can be accommodated. ・Vegan・Vegetarian・Gluten-free・Halal・Allergy (no meat, nuts, fruit) *If you need to change the menu, please be sure to let us know in advance. *We cannot change the menu on the day of the event. *We cannot accommodate likes and dislikes of ingredients or changes to desired ingredients.
Our cooking class started in Tokyo in 2023. The theme is "Japanese food" and "experience", and it is the most popular cooking class in Tokyo according to TripAdviser!
All courses are taught in English. Local staff with extensive overseas experience will provide you with the best hospitality. It's sure to be a wonderful memory during your stay in Japan!
