Daichan Farm is a farm in Nishimurayama-gun, Yamagata Prefecture. Local cuisine cooking ♪ You can make the following local dishes. 落ち着いた綺麗な旅館のお部屋で、本格寿司職人体験をさせていただきました。 小学生の子どもと体験しましたが、小さな手でも上手に握れるように、基本を踏まえつつ、無理なく優しく教えていただきました。 お寿司もうどん火鍋もとても美味しかったです! 職人っぽい帽子や法被を来ての記念撮影や、修了証も1人ずつ手渡してくださったりと、旅館の方がきめ細やかに対応してくださり、夏休みのとても良い思い出ができました。 また宿泊でも利用したいと思いました。
