Plan description

This is an experience in Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture called "Let's eat delicious ramen at home." We will teach you how to make delicious ramen that tastes just like it's served at a restaurant using commercially available ramen. The key is to carefully prepare and arrange each ingredient one by one. This way, you will be able to enjoy restaurant-quality ramen at home. Since the class is limited to a small number of people, we can provide careful service and even beginners can feel at ease. If you wish, we can accompany you from the shopping for ingredients. Let's enjoy making Japanese ramen, which everyone loves, together.

Enjoy delicious home-made ramen

Homemade ramen made by a ramen-loving host. We use commercially available noodles and soup, but we also carefully prepare the ingredients to make delicious ramen like you would get at a restaurant.

Uses Japanese ingredients

The soup is flavored with soy sauce, an important Japanese seasoning, and is topped with ingredients essential to Japanese cuisine such as seaweed, naruto (fish cakes with fermented soy sauce), green onions, and green vegetables.

The main dish is moist and tender char siu pork

The pork slices are wrapped in string, grilled on the outside, and then simmered for about an hour and a half. Enjoy this luxurious ramen at home with plenty of moist and tender pork slices on top.
