You can experience making traditional Japanese food "Onigiri" in Ariake, Tokyo. While the rice is cooking, prepare the ingredients for the rice balls: shrimp tempura, grilled salmon, pickled plums, tuna, and edamame. After sterilizing the rice ball mold and spatula by boiling, make the rice balls. Make 5 pieces while showing the key points on how to hold them. You can enjoy two of the finished rice balls on the spot while looking out at the view of Tokyo Bay. Please take the rest home. A 2-day, 1-night tour of Omikawa-tei, an old folk house with a history of over 150 years since the Edo period, located in Tako-cho, Chiba Prefecture, with overnight stay. On the first day, participants enjoyed sweets and coffee at a cafe in the town, followed by a tour of a Japanese temple and a Japanese sweets making experience. After checking in, guests will enjoy Japanese cultural experiences (tea ceremony, calligraphy, etc.), Tako rice rice ball making experience, and dinner at the accommodation facility, Omikawa-tei. The next day, we will stop at roadside stations and other places while touring the rural scenery of the town.
