Hello distinguished guests, the following is a reference itinerary for the day (please note that the guide may change the order of the itinerary or shorten the stay time depending on the situation on the day. I hope you understand!) Pre-travel notice: We will send you detailed tour guide and car information by email between 20:00 and 21:00 on the day before the trip. Please be sure to check it in time. Please note that the email may be misclassified into the trash. During the tourist season, the email sending time may be slightly delayed. I hope you understand. If you receive multiple emails due to special circumstances, please refer to the last email. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! Mysterious Kumamoto and Takachiho Journey We will delve deep into the charm of Kumamoto and Takachiho and start a journey full of mystery and natural wonders. First, we will go to Kamiishi-kun Kumano-za, famous for its pilgrimage route decorated with nearly 100 lanterns as if you were lost in a dream world. On the way, there is Kuroto-iwa, which is said to be a huge wind tunnel protruding from Onihachi, a symbol of faith that overcomes difficulties. The shrine's sacred tree, the Nagi, is also an ideal place to make a wish, as it symbolizes matchmaking and business prosperity. Next, head to Amanoiwato Shrine to experience the mystical charm of Japanese mythology. Amanoiwato Shrine is an ancient sacred site dedicated to Amaterasu Omikami. The Tenyasu River within the shrine grounds was originally a popular place to make wishes by piling stones, signifying that wishes would be fulfilled and good fortune would come. In addition to the sacred pilgrimage of worshippers, you can also experience a traditional blessing ceremony. Afterwards, explore Takachiho Gorge, a beautiful valley formed by an ancient volcanic eruption. The cliffs towering on both sides of the valley and the Manai Falls, which give a sense of majestic nature. On the approximately 1 km promenade, you can leisurely stroll through unique scenery such as the "Kihachi Power Stone" and three arch bridges from different eras (Shinbashi Bridge, Showa Bridge, and Shinto Takachiho Bridge). In particular, the 70m-tall Sennin no Byobu Rock has a natural folding screen-like beauty. Each attraction has its own history and natural scenery, allowing you to feel the depth of Japanese culture and the splendor of natural scenery. Whether it's mysterious legends or fascinating natural beauty, this itinerary will bring you an unparalleled travel experience. Japanese is not available on this schedule.

*All my classes will be private until the corona converges. (We will change the number of participants after booking.) In this class, you can experience the basics of the tea ceremony and how to make matcha. Before guiding your friends from overseas, how about learning a little Japanese cultural keywords? It is sure to be a fun opportunity for people who want to test their English conversation skills and participate with people from overseas. (Please inquire in advance if there are any reservations from overseas customers for your desired schedule) Me (Omotesenke school professor) or my husband (both Omotesenke school and Urasenke school certificates) After enjoying the tea prepared by the chef, you can make your own tea and enjoy it. If you are with friends or family, it will be double the fun if you eat together. In our classroom, you can take a seat and draw hot water from the kettle to make the rice. It's not just an experience where everyone sits in the audience and stirs together with a bamboo whisk. I would like you to feel the real texture and weight of each small tool. I was born in Nakagyo Ward, Kyoto City, and I am a qualified teacher of the Omotesenke school who still lives in Nakagyo Ward. Her husband is a descendant of Ihei Ito, who developed somei-yoshino, a cherry blossom variety that is world-famous as the national flower of Japan, at the request of Yoshimune, the eighth shogun of the Tokugawa family. In our classroom, in addition to the antiques given to us by various people and the tea bowls we collected ourselves, we also use old ones given to us by family members. Since sitting in the seiza style puts a lot of strain on the legs, we also offer an experience using a table and chairs called the ryurei style. If you tell us when you make a reservation, even children, the elderly, and people with concerns about their feet and knees can participate with peace of mind. I think there may be cases such as "I learned it a long time ago, but I somehow forgot it", "I don't understand it even if I read a book", "I don't have time to continue learning". Would you like to experience it when it's like that? After the experience, be sure to stop by the Tsukigama and numerous tea ceremonies that can be found throughout Kyoto. I'm sure there will be new discoveries and fun. We can accommodate a large number of people on school trips, family trips, training trips, etc. Our classroom is a member of the Kyoto City Tourism Association. If you have any questions about the detailed etiquette of the tea ceremony or have any questions, please feel free to ask. (Note) *You are free to take pictures before and after the class. *Please refrain from taking photos and videos during the instructor's demonstration.

How about trying on a kimono at Machiya Juku, a Japanese space and time near Higashi Chaya District, and enjoying the world that spreads out from a cup of tea? Escape from everyday life and step into a quiet tea room to discover a new side of yourself. It seems that there are not many houses with tatami mats these days, and the Japanese-style space of a machiya is nostalgic like grandma's house, and it will be fresh for young people. You can learn various Japanese gestures that are useful to remember, such as how to say hello, open and close the fusuma, how to walk and sit on the tatami. This is a Japanese lesson that will definitely come in handy when you are invited, in a slightly formal seat, or in a business setting. Why don't you experience it as a memory of your trip? Not only women but also men are welcome. At "Experience-based traditional Japanese inn Tabinosha," we offer you a mountain village experience that is unique to Shizuoka throughout the four seasons! Located in the northeastern part of Kakegawa City, one of the leading tea producing areas in Shizuoka, this area is loved by locals as the mountain of the tea characters, and the tea plantations spread across the large hills at the foot of Awa-ga-take, a mountain that has been certified as a World Agricultural Heritage site, and high-quality tea has been produced for over 150 years using the Chagusaba farming method. In this plan, you will enjoy a tea picking experience in the tea fields that the tea producers have carefully cultivated. The first tea is picked from late April to mid-May, the second tea is picked in June, and the fourth tea is picked from late September to early October, which are the tea seasons for the producers, so you can enjoy tea picking according to the season. In addition, from late April to early November, you can enjoy tea picking even outside of the tea season, depending on the growth of the tea leaves. However, from late autumn to winter, until around mid-April when the tea season begins, there are no tea leaves to pick, so you will have to roll the tea using tea leaves that you have prepared in advance. Even in that case, we will still guide you to the tea fields and show you the state of the tea buds and how to make tea. You will try your hand at making kettle-fried tea using the tea leaves you picked, by heating, frying and rolling them in an iron pot. Let's make your own delicious, one-of-a-kind original tea!
