Refresh your mind and body while hydrating. - Freely adjust the break time within the range of 10-15 minutes according to your physical condition. **0:25-0:35** (10 minutes) "Second set: Sauna session" - Beginners: Enter the sauna for 8 minutes. - Experienced people: Enter the sauna for 10 minutes. - After finishing, cool down again for 1-2 minutes in the Seto Inland Sea. **0:35-0:50** (15 minutes) "Rest & hydration" - Take another 10-15 minute break. We will take you anywhere you like on a chartered boat, such as the most popular snorkeling spot in Miyakojima, Yaebiji, the Blue Cave on Irabu Island, etc. ^_^ Since we only have one group per day, you can freely adjust the start and return times! You can enjoy everything from snorkeling with children to skin diving and skin diving lessons, all for one group ^_^ The boat is fully equipped with a hot water shower, towel ponchos, windbreaks, hot tea, etc., so you can feel safe even during this time of year! The instructor, a nationally certified guide-interpreter, will teach you how to make sushi rice, cut tuna, grate wasabi, and make three types of sushi (nigiri, rolled, and gunkan) at his home (a tower apartment directly connected to Higashi-Ikebukuro Station), and have you actually make them. After that, you will eat the sushi you made with the miso soup made by the instructor. You will receive a gift of the instructor's recipe and an easy-to-make kit used to make the rolled sushi. ~Experience flow~ ① Sushi making (about 1 hour 40 minutes) You can experience making sushi rice, cutting fish, grating wasabi, and making three types of sushi. ② Sushi party (about 1 hour 10 minutes) Eat the sushi you made with miso soup prepared by the instructor. After that, you will travel by subway to the instructor's home (a tower apartment directly connected to Higashi-Ikebukuro Station). At the instructor's home, you will learn how to make sushi rice, how to cut tuna, how to grate wasabi, and how to make three types of sushi (nigiri, rolled, and gunkan), and you will actually make them. After that, you will eat the sushi you made with miso soup made by the instructor. You will receive a gift of the instructor's recipe and an easy-to-make kit used to make rolled sushi. ~Experience flow~ ① Stroll around Tsukiji (about 1 hour) The instructor will explain Japanese ingredients, etc. to you. By turning your handmade work into a kakejiku, you can experience Japanese culture in depth. Our company was founded in 1936 and has been providing traditional crafts for over 80 years. By drawing calligraphy or a painting with a brush and ink, you can enjoy a unique Japanese experience. Kakejiku uses techniques with over 1000 years of history to create a work of wabi-sabi that is refined for beauty and preservation. You can choose to make a full-fledged kakejiku or a simple magnetic tapestry, and take home the work you made that day.
