Using traditional tools, you will make seasonal Kyoto sweets. You will enjoy one of the finished sweets with the matcha tea that you prepared yourself. "Otofu" is one of Kyoto's representative ingredients. We will make soy milk and okara, and make everything from "Oboro tofu" to "Momen tofu". The freshly made "Oboro tofu" is exceptionally delicious, and can only be tasted during this experience! The finished "Otofu" will be boiled in hot water and enjoyed. *The experience will be a collaborative effort in groups of 2-3 people.
